Refund policy
RETURNS:
All of our graphic design shirts, apparel and other MADE-TO-ORDER - CUSTOM Items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. The only exception to these final sale items is if there is a manufacturer defect or customizing error made by us. SO please check and ensure that you have entered all correct customizing information including spelling of names, item size, color, design, etc.
For all other items shipped to your from our warehouses we allow a 7 day return policy. Please check your items immediately. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. You may request a return by logging into your online account through our website at corinthandmain.com
Once your item return has been approved you will receive notification and instructions to proceed with the return process.
Corinth & Main will pay for return shipping 1 (one) time per order. So please ensure that all items within the order you wish to return are packaged together according to the instructions in your return authorization email.
We only accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Upon receipt of your acceptable return item to our warehouse, we will inspect item and refund your original price minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges (if applicable).
