At Corinth & Main, we're committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. We want to take a moment to explain our shipping processes.

  • Refined Style Items from our boutique are items that are dropshipped directly from our suppliers to your doorstep.

When you place an order for a dropshipped item, here's what happens:

  1. Order Processing: Upon receiving your order, we promptly forward it to our trusted suppliers who hold the item in their inventory.

  2. Quality Check: Our suppliers meticulously inspect each item to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

  3. Packaging: Once the item passes our quality check, it is packaged and prepared for shipment.

  4. Shipping: The packaged item is then shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse to your specified shipping address. This process helps us streamline delivery and reduce transit times, ensuring that your purchase arrives promptly and in pristine condition.

Please note that because drop-shipped items are shipped directly from our suppliers, they may arrive separately from other items in your order. However, rest assured that we work diligently to coordinate shipments and provide you with tracking information for each package.

 

 

  • For items from our Graphic Apparel collections- Once your order is successfully submitted, we will begin preparing to make your item. Custom and graphic items have a 7 to 14 day turn around time before shipping times start. You will receive an email when we have completed your item and it is ready to ship or be picked up. 

*We strive to get you your items as quickly as possible, and most times we are able to complete the making of your item more quickly but those times are directly impacted by supply chain issues. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Corinth & Main currently only ships to United States addresses via USPS.

Free standard shipping for orders over $150 is available to all 50 states including APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping for orders under $149.99 is a flat rate $15 to all 50 states including APO and FPO addresses. 

Shipping times are estimated to be between 5 to 8 business days after product order is placed and/or customized MADE TO ORDER items are completed and ready for shipping.

 

*Weekends are not counted as shipping days. 

You will receive email notification at time of shipping.

 

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification.

If you don’t have an account, please get in touch with our customer service. We would love to assist you! Just be sure to have your order number or the email used to place the order when reaching out! 😉

Missing Packages:

  • Please allow 24 hours from the time that the selected carrier shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
  • If 24 hours has passed since the tracking shows as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to the selected carrier for further information.  
  • Please reach out to us via email within 2 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with carrier information, so that we may further assist.
  • It is our policy to issue replacements or gift cards depending on product availability for lost orders. 
  • If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Corinth & Main at the time of purchase, Corinth & Main is not liable for mis-delivery.
  • If an order lost is over $200, an email will be sent for address verification before shipping any future orders.
